The purpose of the article was to study impact functional training classes on manifestation special physical fitness qualified sportswomen and models during preparatory period annual cycle. This research carried out in clubs: "Pheromon" network clubs "Puls Gym", Kharkiv Department Athletics Strength Sports State Academy Physical Culture with 20 female athletes 20-21 years old engaged modeling (bodybuilding), period, general stage, three mesocycles (absorbing two basic (general training)).
